Chelsea Allen (b. 1994} is a self taught Canadian artist living in Conception Bay South, Newfoundland and Labrador. 

   

After graduating with a diploma in Criminology and securing a full-time position in her field of intensive case management, she began to fill her spare time with her true passion, art. In 2018, she began participating in art shows and community markets, which she continues to take part in today. Currently, she is learning and perfecting her artistic voice, with the drive to pursue fine art full-time and connect with her community on a larger scale.
